Bill is responsible for overall strategic vision of the company and assembling the team of specialists who have successfully implemented over 4,000 corporate telecom installations since 1987. Bill serves as Strategic Advisor to some of the worlds largest telecommunications companies, including AVAYA-Nortel and Verizon as Distributor Advisory Board Member. He continues to evaluate emerging technologies and lead the development of communications solutions that enhance our customers business. In addition, his involvement and contribution to philanthropic endeavors is significant. Bill is a Founding Board Member of Hospice of The Sacred Heart, a not for profit healthcare organization.
Patrick serves NORSTAR and their customers as Vice-President. He joined the firm in 1989. Previously, he served in executive leadership positions for 10 years with FORTUNE 100 global electronics and engineering services leader, Honeywell. He has served as Director of Technical Operations and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for NORSTAR. Patrick has also served as strategic advisor to the AVAYA-Nortel Product Development Group and has lead numerous R & D test trials of emerging and advanced technologies. Pat is a Certified Enterprise Contact Center Specialist.
Executive Vice President & GM Operations
Ed is celebrating his 14th year with NORSTAR. Previously spending 22 years with Nortel, Ed is a Nationally recognized expert in Enterprise Networking; Contact Center; and Systems Engineering. He is a featured author of various articles published in Communications News Magazine. Ed served in various leadership positions with Nortel as both National and Regional Director of Operations and Technical Support Services (ETAS). In numerous positions, Ed reported directly to the President of Nortel Enterprise Networks. Ed also holds numerous Engineering and Design Certifications with Cisco, AVAYA-Nortel and ShoreTel.
Having joined the firm in 1999, Jeff is responsible for all financial and reporting functions. Prior to joining NORSTAR, Jeff held a career position with a publicly traded national utility company and was directly involved in mergers and acquisitions. Jeff leads the business development team at NORSTAR Networks.
Director, Client Services Support
Linda joins NORSTAR as the newest member of our leadership team, responsible for providing a world class service experience to our customers. Linda joins NORSTAR with 23+ years in the Telephony Industry, previously spending 15 years with a Fortune 500 International Shipping Company, responsible for the delivery of Voice Over IP and Legacy Voice Solutions. She has served as President of the NJ Nortel Users Group and was the first Regional Director of the International Nortel Users Association. Linda has also worked for AT&T and IBM, providing vendor telephony support to multiple customers. She holds various certifications with AVAYA-Nortel and is a certified ShoreTel solutions architect. Her technical expertise combined with both a customer and vendor support background brings an added value to our customers.
Manager Engineering Services
Hired as the first employee in 1987, Bill has the longest tenure of anyone on our staff. He is responsible for all advanced technology deployments, the engineering group, control center, field service technicians, and help desk support functions. Bill is responsible for the AVAYA-Nortel CS 1000, Meridian, BCM and Norstar product portfolios. He also manages the technical support group for the ShoreTel product portfolio. Prior to joining NORSTAR, Bill served in various technical capacities for Executone. Bill also holds numerous engineering certifications with AVAYA-Nortel, Cisco, Microsoft and ShoreTel.
